Drive is your personal file storage in Loop. It gives you a secure place to upload, organize and open your files from any device with an internet connection. Every Loop account includes 1 GB of storage at no extra cost.
Opening Drive
Sign in to Loop and click the Drive tile on your home screen. Drive opens on My Files — your home folder, where all your files and folders live.
Understanding the screen
- Toolbar — above the file list: the search box, the New Folder button and the Upload Files button.
- File list — a table of your files and folders showing their name, size and the date they were last changed. The menu at the end of each row lets you open, preview, download, rename, share or delete the item.
- Sidebar — quick links to My Files, Shared with Me, Shared by Me, Favorites, Trash and Activity.
Moving between folders
Click a folder to open it. A breadcrumb trail above the list shows where you are — for example Documents › Reports. Click any part of it to jump back to that level.
Finding a file
Type in the search box above the list to filter the folder you are in. To look in another folder, open it first.
Adding your first files
Click Upload Files, choose your files or drag them into the box, then click Upload All. The files appear in the folder as soon as the upload finishes.
